These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the website www.glims.ai (and any subdomains thereof) operated by GLIMS B.V., a private limited company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with registered office at Koninginneweg 154, 1075EE, Amsterdam registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 96645660 ("Glims", "we", "us", or "our"). 

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website. 

These Terms are governed by Dutch law and, where applicable, applicable European Union regulations. 


2. Use of the Website 

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: 

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations 
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam) 
  • Engage in conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use. 

The GLAS platform name, Glims Assurance OS (AOS), module names (including PBCLink, TestGrid, FSLens, DocLens, SampleGrid, TxGrid), and the Glims logo are trademarks or trade names of Glims. Nothing on this website grants any licence to use our trademarks. 

 

4. Information and No Contractual Commitment 

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, product specification, or service commitment. Descriptions of the GLAS platform and its modules reflect our current development intentions and are subject to change without notice. 

The availability, pricing, and functionality of any product or service described on this website are subject to a separate written agreement between you and Glims. 

These Terms govern only the use of this website. Any purchase, subscription, pilot, proof-of-concept, implementation, or use of Glims products or services shall be governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between the customer and Glims. 

 

5. Disclaimers 

Glims provides this website on the following basis: 

  • This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied 
  • We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components 
  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this website 

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law. 


6. AI-related Information 

Certain information regarding AI-enabled functionality may be provided on this website. Any references to AI capabilities are for informational purposes only. Outputs generated by Glims products require professional review and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment, audit procedures, legal advice, accounting advice, or regulatory compliance obligations. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the extent permitted under Dutch law, Glims shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glims' aggregate liability arising from the use of this website shall not exceed EUR 100.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Glims has no control over the content of those websites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting the website or any Glims product, please report it responsibly to security@glims.ai. Glims will review all reports in good faith and reserves the right to determine appropriate remediation actions.
